Sessions are completely confidential and provide the incumbent regular and ad hoc opportunities to use the mentor or coach as a sounding board, seeking advice or more usually confirmation that a particular activity or plan is soundly constructed and strategically valuable.

Input can range from as little as a half day per month – which typically would involved a weekly telephone session and a longer face to face meeting each month, to perhaps a half day per week where some additional coaching and even training may be appropriate.
